I worked with Vladimir Westbrook in 2020 buying a house. And since I had an amazing experience during the buying process I called and asked him to help me to sell my house. After all I can truly say he is an outstanding real estate agent who knows what he is doing. Vladimir will take care of all the requirements, the work and more. Working with him will make you feel like being in a one-stop shop. Therefor I can highly recommend him as the best buying and selling agent I know. Let me explain my experience more in detail. I reached out to him and he came over to my place and took pictures. These pictures were not meant to be published in the web. They were used to prepare ideas for the staging decoration. Two days later he came around with a printed high quality hardback book. The book contained a staging proposal and a detailed market analysis of the area. The analysis compared my property with similar properties in the area and the target prices of sold, pending and active on the market properties. He explained what customers are looking for and what I need to improve to attract a large audience to achieve the best price. Vladimir scheduled a photo shooting, the home inspection, pest inspection, home disclosers and all the other paperwork which I do not even remember.
In conclusion I can say: no matter if you want to buy or sell a property: do not waste your time searching for real estate agent. If you read my recommendation, go to Vladimir Westbrock. No matter if you want to sell or buy, he will take care of it.

Before I started to search for properties, I talked to my friends which own properties and I collected a lot of information and got a lot of useful hints. Further I visited a couple of real estate seminars from my credit union and I build up knowledge and after a while I began to feel comfortable to be ready to purchase. Now I had the problem to find an outstanding agent which of course meets my extremely high expectations. BTW: We all know that the purchase of a house is one of the most important investments in our life's therefor I had the strong need to find the BEST value for my money a reliable, trustable and caring agent. So again I asked my friends about their experiences with Real Estate agents and if they could refer a good agent. I got a bunch of referrals including the wife of a friend but in the end only one of my close friends said: "Do you want the real headache-free experience?"
I answered: "Of course!"
My friend said: "Westbrook Realty"! They will care about all the details and you do not have to worry about much!
I must say I was a little bit skeptical at the beginning because I thought: headache free? How can this be with the purchase of such an important and expensive investment? I thought: you would always break your head with many questions and concerns.
On the other hand I knew my friend and his love for details and perfection and of course I trusted my friend and started to work with Westbrook Realty. Remember I purchased my first property with Westbrook Realty so I do not have a real compare to other property purchases. But I can tell it was an extremely easy and transparent procedure. Vladimir and his team cared about every single detail and made the transaction simple and kept me posted and informed during every step. BTW: I could have saved all the time I invested in seminars and talks by just reaching out to Westbrook Realty. I can prove you would not get more out of the seminars as just talking to the Westbrook Realty agents and I honestly cannot imagine that another reality agency can make it easier or better. Maybe they can reach these standards when they work extremely hard but trust me this will be not easy at all.

My husband and I are second home buyers and are working with Vladimir Westbrook as our agent. Vladimir is the best agent in our opinion. He’s very analytical and data driven. For each home we are interested, no matter how busy he is, he will provide a presentation with home price comparisons. We trust his number 100% before we make an offer. Vladimir is a great negotiator. Apparently he has a lot of experiences in this area. If he told us that we should ask for less, we did get the house with less from asking price. If he told us to offer at the same sales price, it turned out if we would have offered less, our offer would have been rejected. Third, Vladimir is a great listener and takes good care of his customers. As you know, after you make an offer and before you get the key, there is a long process from clearing contingencies to getting appraisal etc. For each single step, Vladimir and his team are always there to help no matter how late it is. And Vladimir and his assistant worked with us on weekends too. His whole team is very responsive and fast. There is 0 delay from his side. Finally, we are very impressed by Vladmir’s domain knowledge in real estate. He knows not only how to stick to the deadline but also knows how to cancel the transaction and protect us.
