I first hired Vladimir in 2015 to sell my condo, which he did quickly and at a price higher than I expected. When I decided to relocate from Saratoga, CA to Franklin, TN at the end of 2024, I turned to him again. We listed my house at a price above the historical neighborhood range, and Vladimir managed every aspect—from preparing the home and backyard to staging and producing a high-quality video presentation. He ultimately sold the property at our target price. The closing process was smooth and well-organized, and he even helped coordinate shipping my furniture from California to Tennessee.

I would never work with another realtor again if I can help it. Vladimir is the total package. Knows the market, knows what will need work in a house and a contact list that will help you no matter what you have to get done (loan, inspector, etc). My husband and I are second home buyers and are working with Vladimir Westbrook as our agent. Vladimir is the best agent in our opinion. He’s very analytical and data driven. For each home we are interested, no matter how busy he is, he will provide a presentation with home price comparisons. We trust his number 100% before we make an offer. Vladimir is a great negotiator. Apparently he has a lot of experiences in this area. If he told us that we should ask for less, we did get the house with less from asking price. If he told us to offer at the same sales price, it turned out if we would have offered less, our offer would have been rejected. Third, Vladimir is a great listener and takes good care of his customers. As you know, after you make an offer and before you get the key, there is a long process from clearing contingencies to getting appraisal etc. For each single step, Vladimir and his team are always there to help no matter how late it is. And Vladimir and his assistant worked with us on weekends too. His whole team is very responsive and fast. There is 0 delay from his side. Finally, we are very impressed by Vladmir’s domain knowledge in real estate. He knows not only how to stick to the deadline but also knows how to cancel the transaction and protect us.

Vladimir has helped us for all steps in home buying process. He is prompt and thorough in responding to questions.
