Great experience, had literally do nothing on paperwork work. Few signatures and was done. The experience overall was great. At start I was panicking but Vu Le helped out with the listing and made it so easy. Very happy and very satisfied. Definitely would recommend him to anyone either to buy or sell.

I would give Vu more than 5 stars if that was an option. As an out of town first time investor, I needed an experienced and honest realtor who could help me purchase a right rental property in Philly. Vu works diligently from finding good listings to setting up multiple viewing appointments, recording videos to show me, submitting offers, etc. What makes Vu stand out from other realtors is that he truly looks out for your best interest and not just in a hurry to make a quick buck. His honest advice is very much appreciated. I highly recommend Vu Le to anyone who's looking to buy real estates in Philly.

Vu Le takes being a realtor to the next level - a few years ago my Father passed away forcing my Mother to move as she couldn’t keep up with the maintenance of a big house. Vu went WAY above the call of a realtor. Vu helped my Mom by a Condo , helped sell her house and helped make sure both of these things happened nearly simultaneously. Being a widow my Mom was so frazzled and lost during the process so Vu and his family went to my Mom’s house to help her pack her stuff. Helped her find contractors for her new home and did all of this with a smile. Answered all calls, gave great advice and kept my Mother calm during the process. 2 years later Vu still follows up with me and my family to make sure we are happy and if he can help with anything else. PHENOMENAL!!!! Bottom line, Vu Le is the BEST! He goes above and beyond! There is no comparison. Mr. Lee takes his profession seriously. I have bought and sold two houses before with other agents. I was always in the dark, and the anxiety was terrible. Mr. Lee was there From start, till even after the finish line! Communication has been clear, honest, and immediate! They say, buying a house is as stressful as getting married. However, after this experience, I can honestly say, there was no stress!!! I’m a Covid nurse and work long hours. I never planned to buy and sell at the busy time of my job. But, I heard so many patients tell me their dreams and goals. I listened to them. Me and my wife passed multiple other agents before reaching out to Vu Le. Soon we found him, we were done looking for agent. After a week, knowing our qualities, availability, and dream house, Vu started to visit houses with us. He sent multiple houses matching with our criteria and ask us to choose at least 3 so we can visit them during our availability. He was always patient, giving us time to decide if yes or no and shortly why. Also, he gave us encouragement through his positive vibe when we don’t like the house or if they reject our offer while saying “don’t worry, it wasn’t made for you”. Going with that mindset and patience, it didn’t take Vu for a month to find our desired house.
Vu even helped us through the loan’s process.
Today, we are happy to start our new life’s chapter with our Big and Great house that Vu made us find!

My real estate agent Vu Le, was great! If I knew anyone that was buying a house, I would recommend him a hundred times over! I purchased my first home in July and I knew nothing about buying a home at all. He helped me in every aspect! He even made sure that the seller did not take advantage of me.
