As a former licensed building contractor, he has purchased more than 30 new construction homes from Southwest Florida builders, giving him firsthand knowledge of the building process, builder contracts, warranties, construction quality, and new home opportunities. He also manages more than 50 residential investment properties, providing clients with expert guidance in leasing, property management, rental investments, and maximizing long-term returns.
Today, Wade is joined by his son, Jeremy Klick, a University of St. Thomas graduate with a degree in Real Estate Studies.
