In my first year as a Realtor in Cedar City (Iron County Board of Realtors) I was awarded the “Rookie of the Year.” I have had great success in real estate since that time, including top 7% agent globally, Presidents Circle, Sterling Society, etc. My goal in real estate is to protect my clients, and to help those clients have a relaxing fun transaction.

I am a beginning real estate investor. I started investing in 2012. I had six properties in my portfolio and thought I was out of the game for awhile. Mark Wilcock knew I have been looking for properties that met a certain criteria. He took it upon himself to call me and let me know of a home that was a here today, gone tomorrow kind of a deal. He said we needed to act quickly and we did. Mark drove to my location to sign purchase agreement. He was one of, if not the, first to get contract in. Six more offers were made that day. We were able to get it under contract, and that home became my seventh investment properties.
