I wish everyone had Waikiki Frazier for there home buying needs. A super great person who works to deliver the results you want and need in this tough housing market.
Even if you don't like the answer she has always been honest and walks with you in one of biggest decisions of your life. Her customer service skills are beyond excellent.
I've seen Ms. Frazier and her team help design homes, work with builders to get the new homeowners their dreams, view houses for customers and zoom chat them while they are out of the country.
If you are military or ever served our country she can tell you all of the VA home loan advances along with placing you with the right loan officer to best suit your needs. The right homefor the right price!
