Waldo was a joy to work with. He's friendly and flexible and he was very thorough at every house that we looked at and gave us ideas and insights on what to expect, the pros and cons. He saw things that we didn't see and things we didn't know or think would give us problems later. He was truly the expert and had much more knowledge than what we had expected. His inspections at every house we looked at was truly helpful in our decision making. And I'm glad that he always made time to show us a house late evenings or early mornings....even if I called him and asked to see the house within the hour, his schedule was flexible enough to squeeze me in his busy schedule.
