I was introduced to Waleed by a co worker who he helped purchase her house six months prior. Waleed always looked out for our best interest, and I was always able to get a hold of him at all times. After finding our dream home in Long Beach, Waleed managed to put an offer for $30,000 less that the asking price and they accepted our offer. During escrow, he would explain every step to educate us and we ended up closing escrow in July 2013. We have and will always recommend him to all our friends and family.
