Walker Davis

Walker is a Research Analyst for Corporate Realty. He is responsible for researching leasing and sales data in the office and retail sectors, providing financial analysis, detecting trends in the marketplace, and maintaining internal databases.

From 2013-18, he served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry rifleman. He took part in three overseas deployments, rose to lead a rifle squad, and attained the rank of Sergeant. Walker was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement medal for exemplary performance.

A New Orleans native and a licensed agent, Walker graduated summa cum laude in History, and attained a Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University. Additionally, he is currently completing a Master of Science in Marketing and Communications and working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
