Walter Maynard

Walter collaboratively works with the department Directors and manages the Operations and the Budget Departments. He is responsible for enhancing the internal organizational processes and infrastructure. Prior to joining TELACU Walter was the Asset Manager for The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles’s Asset Management Department. Walter has been involved with over $4 billion in acquisition and development activity for companies such as Wells Fargo, Westfield, CentroWatt, Combined Properties, and The Festival Retail Fund. Walter earned his MBA in Finance from USC and a BA from UC San Diego in Economics with minors in Environmental Chemistry and Philosophy. He serves on the board of REAP Los Angeles Host Committee.
