When my husband and I decided to buy a house I started a search and contacted a few Realtors in OC.. Walter was the only one that immediately called me back and I knew he will find us our Dream home. Walter is the BEST!! I would recommend him to Anyone in a heartbeat ... He Listened to all of our requests and found us the best house.. What I loved about Walter was the fact that he always answered me right away no matter when I contacted him. He is very patient and honest. I don't easily trust anyone but Walter won my confidence with his honesty, integrity, and hard work. He is very knowledgeable and he answered all of my concerns and questions along the way in timely fashion. Don't hesitate to have him help you buy or sell your house he won't disappoint you!!! Walter was more than patient with my wife and I in our search for a larger home.
