Walter Rooney

Walter Rooney is part of RXR’s in-house leasing team, managing aspects of the New York City commercial portfolio, including office, retail, and light industrial properties. Beyond his core leasing duties, he contributes to creating and implementing asset-specific business strategies, preparing updates for partners and lenders, and overseeing capital projects and marketing efforts. Walter works closely with teams across asset management, marketing, construction, property management, legal, finance, and accounting, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective execution of objectives.
