I was born and raised in Odenton, a small town in Maryland. I moved to Colorado in 1992 and obtained my Real Estate license in 2003. Before that, I was a General contractor for 15 years and therefore I understand home construction. From day one of obtaining my Real Estate license, I have made it my objective to understand all aspects of Real Estate including Farm and Ranch, Commercial, Residential, Land and Investment properties. I enjoy helping my clients find the best property to fit their needs at the best price possible. I keep informed of market changes and I am a strong negotiator for my clients, helping them obtain their goals in the buying and selling of Real Estate. During my time as a Licensed Realtor in Colorado, I have been a Managing Broker, Team Leader, Mentor and Productivity Coach. I enjoy helping other Realtors understand what it means to be a professional and competent Realtor. I am married to Silvija who is from Latvia. Together we enjoy traveling, hiking, movies and spending time with our “Chug” (Chihuahua / Pug) Lulu.
