From the date we met Wanda and Juan Estades, we recognized their professionalism, diligence, preparation and high commitment. It didn’t take us long to decide to hire them as our realtors and help us find a new home in Central Florida, even though we did not have all the money for this project at the time: We needed to sell a property first in St Cloud.
Here it became true our realtors’s value: they did not only set themselves the task of selling that property, but also introduced us to people from the Mortgage sector, aiming to obtain a bridge loan that would enable us to put an offer on our new place in Ocala, making our dreams come true.
We truly appreciated their effort and commitment, and recommend them, without any doubt, to everyone looking to sell or to buy their property.

The experience could not have been better. Juan and Wanda was on top of everything, was able to customize the search for me after looking at just a few homes, and quickly helped me narrow down my search to an area I hadn't even considered looking in previously. I now have a house I'm very proud of calling my home and I never would have found it or made it through the tough closing process without them. I HIGHLY recommend Juan and Wanda to anyone looking for a realtor who will stay on top of things, visit homes you're interested in even if you can't make it, and customize her search just for your taste.

Juan and Wanda were an awesome, hard working, personable team. Their vast Real Estate experience was instrumental in helping my son and I find a home during an extremely difficult time of low inventory/bidding wars/high interest rates in the Orlando area. The process was tedious for us due to work schedules. However, they searched diligently in the requested areas and beyond to satisfy our specific requests - even when we were not absolutely sure of the right location.
They went beyond that of a mere Realtor/Buyer relationship to even pray with us during an illness and upon taking occupancy of our new home. There were many other things they did to help us with this process including negotiating funds from the Seller to cover repairs outlined in the inspection report.
I gladly submit this review on behalf of Juan and Wanda and say THANK YOU AGAIN. Blessings

To write this review isn't as easy as I thought, especially the experience my wife and I had interacting with different realtors in the past till now. I'm not writing this review to trash my past experience with realtors that we dealt with but, to acknowledge my experience with these two realtors, I'm presently working with and hoping they can be my realtors and friends for a long long time. This is truly a night to day hands-down experience that we are having with Wanda and Juan, they were extremely professional, dedicated, and most of all their entire commitments towards my journey of purchasing our dream home .I can't elaborate enough on my pleasing outcome. I'm not an easy person to please but it was worth getting to know and work with you both. Just to enlighten you with my experience, I'm from out of state purchasing a house in Florida. I have been dealing with Wanda and Juan F Estades, over a year now and have seen over 40+ houses. They're so patient while we're making a choice to purchase a home. After my closing they didn't leave me stranded but they helped me get everything organized from doors lock, Community Association, gate keys, and lots more. They have also put me on to acquaintances and personal friends of theirs. If I need to do additional stuff (no obligation on my behalf) and many more favors that I can't elaborate enough, it would take me some time. I'm very pleased and lucky to get them as my Realtors.
I would recommend both Wanda and Juan to all my friends and family and hopefully, anyone who wants a flawless experience and gains a friend in the process.

Wanda and her husband Juan did the sell side of my old house and the buy side of me and my families new house. They did such an amazing job!!!!

I work from home and needed as little interruptions from showings while also having small children and pets home but they ensured us the house would sell fast with their marketing strategy — and it did!

They were both fast with returning phone calls/text/emails. They also has a lot of great resources for us including their lender that was able to get us through the buy side with limited issues.

They both are sweethearts and care more about their clients than the bottom line — highly recommend them!!!!!!

Wanda and Juan went above and beyond to help us find just the place we needed. We closed within a month and they helped us in every aspect. Even when they were out of town, they were in constant contact and helped with issues that needed to be addressed. If you work with them, they will treat you like family.
Update: we are return customers. We closed again today. Wanda and Juan are amazing.

We were beyond bless to be connect with Wanda. Not only did we get Wanda, but we got a package deal, Juan. Wanda and Juan were fantastic realtors. They had our best interest every step of the way and explained every aspect of the process. Wanda and Juan responded quickly when we had questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had the information or resources needed to make the best decision. Moving from a different state to Florida, Wanda and Juan were very flexible and most of the time would drop what they were doing to show us a house last minute. These wonderful people followed and guided me through every step of getting my credit and finances where they needed to be to finally have our home, every few months they would check in on me, never pressured me to get into something I didn’t wanted.
