Hello am formerly from NY, served in the US Army, Golf War Vet. My family and I moved to FL in 2003 with our 5 sons. Today I am a grandma to 6 grands and a pup mom to 2 American Bullies. (Still Young & Fabulous)
I had been doing Property Mgt many years before I obtained my Real Estate Lic. In 2004. This has given me an advantage to better assist my clients who are converting from rental to home ownership and how to negotiate contracts terms in my clients best interest.
I have been helping families and investors obtain their goal of owning a home or growing their portfolios, in recent yrs I’ve become a relocation specialist, bringing home buyers from many parts of the world. I have a special skill set that separates me from others and that is the gift of tenacity, determination and negotiations, because I AM Passionate about what I do.
