Ward Walthal

Ward is a native Memphian who comes from three generations of realtors. His grandfather started Walthal Brothers REALTORS®, a firm with traditional values including honesty and putting the client's interest ahead of his own. Ward will always remember him teaching him that, "being a realtor is about finding the right home and not about making the quick sale."

Since 1985, he has been a part of the professional real estate community. In 2008, Ward joined Marx-Bensdorf, REALTORS, a firm with the same traditional values shared by his grandfather and him. Marx-Bensdorf, REALTORS is an innovative firm providing state of the art technology and the marketing tools to assist Ward and his clients with their buying and/or selling decisions.

He has built relationships that have withstood the test of time. These connections within the community and the Memphis real estate market, are to the benefit of his buying and selling clients.
