Warnett went above and bevond to make sure we made the transition from an apartment to purchasing our first home. Warnett had great efficiency and expertise with the technicalities that I'm glad we don't have to stress over. She had great systems in place with technologies
and assistance to create for a smoother process. This was an
adjustment in the beginning and could potentially be perceived as loss of personal touch for some. However, Warnett makes sure to save the client unnecessary, unbeneficial stress; most importantly to simply focus on the end goal to get us into the home that we can truly feel settled in for years to come! I had no idea what I was looking for and what to avoid. She practically held my hand and helped me avoid things I didn’t even know to pay attention to during the buying process. We cannot express the magic she has to make it all work out despite the surprises and roadblocks. She has great relationships with everyone Involved to create a strong team to back you up. She has followed up and provided so much support.
