Waverly Harding came recommended to me last year when my husband and I started the buying process on our first home, and I am so thankful we followed that suggestion! As first time buyers, Waverly's knowledge and close attention to her clients was beyond valuable. She worked with us tirelessly for 9 months to ensure that our new home was built as contracted through a number of unusual and stressful situations. Waverly was always calm and professional yet firm in our position when needed. Without her guidance, we would have missed many details that would have cost us more money, time and upgraded features in our new home. I cannot recommend Waverly enough to anybody in need of an agent!
