Wayne Brown

Mr. Brown is the principal broker for First Commercial Enterprise Realty(FCE Realty). He has been a broker for more than 34 years and specializes in commercial office/retail sales and leasing. Mr. Brown has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Southern University where he majored in Accounting. Upon graduation, Mr. Brown worked for Coopers and Lybrand, a Big Eight Accounting firm (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers) for three years. He later moved to Southern California where he worked for American Diversified Development, Inc. as an internal audit manager. Mr. Brown was responsible for auditing the company’s real estate asset and development projects to determine each property’s viability. During this time, Mr. Brown became certified as a CPA in Texas and California. After his tenure at American Diversified Development, Inc., Mr. Brown started First Commercial Enterprise Realty specializing in land development brokerage where he helped his clients secure in-fill land deals for current and future development. When the development economy changed during the early 1990s, Mr. Brown switched his emphasis to specialize in existing commercial real estate where he has been ever since.
