Meet T. Wayne Cole: REALTOR / PHILANTHROPIST

A retired general contractor and successful business owner, I specialize in the sale of new and existing homes in Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Scottsdale, and North West Valley. Prior to Real Estate I operated a custom home building company that specialized in "Green" construction practices on large custom builds. I chose to close that company in 2009 to take care of my father who was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer (who is still with us 9 years later!). During this time, I decided to pursue my dream of being a Realtor, and the rest is history.

Leveraging my experience as a successful custom home builder, I am known for outstanding client service, 7 day a week availability, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches, and as a skilled, aggressive negotiator with my client's best interest at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but to also educate them throughout every step of the process so that they may make the best, most informed decisions possible. I am honest, sometimes telling my clients things they may not want to hear, hard working and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry. I work with, and reach out to some of the top trainers and agents in the market on a regular basis to stay current with new trends and marketing techniques.

Committed To Community
I received an abundance of help and support from the non-profit community while helping with my father. This has led to me being a firm believer in giving back and have committed to Donating 10% of my GROSS commission on every transaction to the non-profit of my CLIENTS CHOICE. To date this has resulted in over $25,000 donated to more than 39 LOCAL charities. I also volunteer my time to events supporting Veterans and local food banks through the Glendale Chamber of Commerce.
