Wayne was a tremendous resource for me as a first time home buyer. He was always supportive and never rushed me into making decisions (but would communicate clearly when time was of the essence). He knew so much about the history of the Baltimore homes I was interested in. Wayne was easy to contact and made sure I was one of the first people to see any house I was interested in that came on the market. I am very grateful for his expertise and experience in making the home buying process as painless as possible!

I don't think I have enough positive words to tell you how much of a delight working with Wayne was. As first-time home buyers in this economy, we had next to no clue what we were doing. Wayne was patient and provided us with tons of options and information. He was flexible to work with dealing with our weird scheduling to make sure we could tour as many places as we did. Any outbid or let down was met with kind and patient words of encouragement that meant more to me than I can explain.
While I haven't quite hit the peer group that is settling down, I have ensured to provide Wayne's information for them down the line, in hopes they can have as fantastic of an experience as I did.
You couldn't ask for a better realtor.

Wayne is the gift that keeps giving. He helped us find and purchase a great place. I worked with Wayne Curtis as a realtor twice, first as a buyer in 2016, then most recently as a seller during the COVID pandemic of 2020.

Wayne didn't miss a beat during an otherwise terrible and unpredictable year. Though we signed up to work together before the pandemic struck, he worked his best as if nothing in the world had changed, and compromised nothing. He was a resource and a steady guide.

I purchased a row house in Upper Fells Point from Wayne back in 2005 and in my time of owning that house Wayne had become more of a friend than a realtor. He gave me great advice with my home and when it came time to sell, the choice to go with Wayne was an easy one.
