About Wayne

Wayne is the owner of The Wayne Megill Team of Keller Williams Real Estate - Brandywine Valley. Wayne is also CEO and co-owner of award-winning luxury homebuilder, Megill Custom Homes and Renovations. Wayne was born into the business of homebuilding and along with his brother Scott they operate one of the region’s most recognized family owned homebuilding companies.
Being a second generation homebuilder has allowed Wayne to gain experiences from a very young age. Under the tutelage of his father, Wayne C. Megill, Sr., the apprenticeship of running a family owned home building business began early. From his early teen years and throughout college working as a laborer and a framing carpenter, the foundation of Wayne’s passion and appreciation for the process of building a home, and running a business was born from the ground up. Wayne has performed many tasks and duties since the beginning of his professional career; from site-superintendent, project manager, land acquisition and development head, real estate sales, to marketing and product development. Understanding all of these complex tasks and the importance and coordination of them has proven invaluable in the effort to Megill Homes’ ultimate goal of building homes and communities of lasting value.
