Wayne Windle

Wayne Windle has extensive background in every aspect of industrial warehouse and manufacturing real estate development.
Starting with a concept or prospect need, Wayne selects sites, manages site feasibility and due diligence through to purchase or termination. He works with construction development teams from design through Lease completion and Tenant occupancy.
In the last few years, Wayne negotiated the pre-leasing of a 60,000 square foot redevelopment manufacturing project. As a partner he helped lease and sell a 250,000 square foot industrial development. As a broker he sold a warehouse for a foreign owner and closed over 35 lease transactions with industrial, retail and office users in 3 years. As a Buyer’s rep Wayne completed the site selection and land purchase for a manufacturer which included negotiations with the City.
Over Wayne’s career as the general contractor he has built approximately 2,000,000 square feet of industrial buildings. He has been involved in the management and leasing of over 5,000,000 square feet. Wayne has leased industrial buildings to many multinational companies including Emerson, GE, Honeywell, UPS, FedEx, Ansell, Federal Mogul, Siemens, Bosch, Diesel Recon, Yazaki, Thompson RCA, IMI Cornelius and TRW.
