Wende Landt

Wende has been serving the real estate needs of buyers, sellers and investors throughout Orange County and the greater Orlando area since 2006. Her real estate services extend throughout Florida. Wende was bitten by the real estate bug in 2000 when she began her career as a real estate investor in both residential and commercial investments.
Prior to real estate Wende worked in the travel industry at United Airlines and as an executive administrative assistant for Champions For Christ Ministries and author/speaker Rice Broocks. This gave her opportunities to work with many high profile individuals as well as top CEO's. Confidentiality was extremely important in both positions. Wende’s customer service-oriented background has prepared her to provide nothing but exceptional service in even the most stressful time constraints. Additionally, with her background as a sales strategist, strong interpersonal skills and knack for problem solving, you can be sure that once you place your real estate goals in Wende’s hands, she’ll produce the results you’re looking for and exceed all your expectations.
Wende enjoys working in a variety of areas of real estate, including luxury home sales, first-time homebuyers, new construction, investment properties, distressed properties, foreclosures, and short sales. She received her B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University (Go Spartans) and is an iPec certified life/business coach.
In addition to spending time with her family, Wende holds a special place in her heart for caring for special needs foster children and is actively involved with the Foster/Adoptive Parent Organization. Over the years she has raised over $100,000 for non-profit organizations.
Wende is one of the original volunteers at the Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center. She is also the founder of Bless Their Soles, a non-profit charity providing shoes and socks for local foster children in the Orlando area.
