This was a very tough sale for my father and our family…Wendi-Mae knew it would be and was beyond amazing-from day one, not to mention, day one was more than a month before the home was ready for market-She did EVERYTHING!! Either herself-or had a crew that she organized-whatever came up, Wendi-Mae handled it-made our heads spin! Seriously! We had some plumbing issues one day-and she got someone there in less than an hour-and more than once-her team was on over-drive to make sure we hit the market on OUR target date.

Wendi-Mae brought multiple offers-during a very tough time for Sellers-which by the way-She produced 4 cash offers within the mix…She KNEW which one we should choose-counseled us thru it all.
Her consistent follow up with us-And keeping on top of the Buyers and their Agent-made it feel so seemless! I work out of town most days-and as the primary Power of Attorney-I wasn’t there when needed-regardless, Wendi-Mae continued to work wonders-and made it ALL happen. Wendi-Mae and her team, are nothing short of amazing. No need to look elsewhere! One stop shop-for sure!!!

Wendi-Mae helped. My father sell his home recently after previous realtor wasn’t able to bring another offer to the table. Wendi Mae brought not 1 but 4 offers to the table! Crazy market and circumstances -it was not an easy process not at all. The sale fell out of escrow twice to no fault of Wendi Mae’s. What a nightmare it became one point, but she did it again Wendi Mae upon third round got it sold in record time and it’s tough market OVER ASKING PRICE ! Got Pops a free 30 day rent back too-so he could move leisurely w/o stress. She did everything we asked of her and everything she said she would. Do she kept my father, and all of us informed of each and every step of the process and even helped us with cleaning the home and yard with her own two hands because my father was short on the cash to hire someone she has a FULL SERVICE realtor committed to her clients through thick and thin. I met Wendi-Mae through a mutual friend when I was looking for a local knowledgeable realtor to sell our home. Wendi-Mae personally came to our home to discuss what she could do for us and I was instantly impressed by her timeliness as well as the preparation time she invested in having all of the information we needed to obtain a fair market price for our home. As a seller in what was then a very hot market, I had unrealistic pie in the sky hopes for a number that wasn't attainable. Wendi-Mae assured me that if anybody could do it, she could. We wrote the contract on the same day only to get cold feet and back out at the last minute before the property was listed on the MLS. I called Wendi-Mae to inform her of our hesitation and she understood with the grace of a true professional. She told us that when the time was right, she would gladly pick up where we left off and represent us when we were ready. Fast forward only 3 months and upon leaving our secondary home in Mexico I called Wendi-Mae from the Puerto Vallarta airport and told her that we were now in fact ready to proceed and to please re-draw the listing agreement. Per our conversation, the day after we arrived home Wendi-Mae came over and we resigned the listing agreement. Mind you that the market had already changed in those 3 short months. Not only did Wendi-Mae have an almost full price offer in 12 days but the close of escrow was seamless as she was able to anticipate things that may have been an issue and put everything to rest before they even had a chance to be. A true consummate professional who kept us informed during each step of the process. Above and beyond our expectations and will surely surpass anyone else's.

As first time home buyers my wife and I were looking for an agent who was knowledgeable, experienced and that would look out for our best interests. Wendi-Mae Davis helped sell our Folsom condo several years ago, and we knew that if we needed to sell our home, she would be the first person we would contact. The impression we had of her as our realtor then, was that we were sure glad she was on our side. She is a great negotiator and will get you the best deal.
We had the smoothest real estate transaction with Wendi-Mae at Future Homes and Real Estate selling our condo in Folsom and most recently, selling our Rocklin home August 2021. She kept us up to date and informed with all the details. She did a fabulous job of screening out the offers and vetting them to make sure they were solid offers with good financial backing. We met with her multiple times during the process.
She keeps things moving to help get the house on the market quickly. She arranged for the cleaner, inspector, appraiser and photographer all to come out the same day before the house was listed as we wanted to get the house on the market as quickly as possible. Our home sold in 24 hours with multiple offers above our asking price.

My mother relocated out of state and decided to sell her home. This was the first time she had ever sold a home and Wendi-Mae was wonderful in explaining everything from step one to the finish line. As you know selling a home doesn't come with its issues like a leak from the air conditioner and Wendi-Mae coming to the rescue to head off any issues by sending over one of guys to tarp the house before the rain came in that night. Of course this was at 7AM on a Saturday. She went the extra mile and worked in getting the air conditioning company to be there when the roofers came to make sure the roof was good in the areas that leaked due to the poor condition the air conditioner was installed. Then having one of her painters come in and fix where the leak made it into the house, of course right at the entry of the front door hallway. It was like the house knew it was being sold after all these years and wanted to let you know it was upset. Wendi-Mae not only is professional but she has ethics which in today's world is a lost trait. She is in constant communication with you and if she doesn't hear from you, then you are getting another call, email or text. Trust is hard for many of us, but you can trust Wendi-Mae to not only sell your house, find the right buyer, but find you a great new one to call home.

I can't tell you how much I enjoy looking out my window and see Folsom Lake and when I'm driving up to Folsom the back way, it's so beautiful to see my house rising out of the trees.
I really love the fact when I drive up the freeway there's a prestigious stone sign saying El Dorado Hills.
I love how I see the green belt between the layers of new homes going up the hills.
I love the two hawks that fly in front of our home one male one female.
My wife loves the target up here that is so much nicer than the target at our old home ha ha
I love it when I drive through our neighborhood towards our house how everyone takes such good care of their homes with pride.
I love my neighbors.
I love walking the dogs with my wife which we never did much before.
I mean just walking the dogs.

Even though we couldn’t get back into the area before this year she listened to our requests and searched for us and when we sold our home she found us the perfect new place to make our new home. Wendi-Mae Davis has been my wife's and my realtor for the weeks prior to and through the recent purchase of a home. My wife and I could not be more satisfied or pleased with her efforts, professionalism and her expertise. We have found from the beginning that Wendi-Mae is prompt, directed and an expert at her profession. At all levels of our home search she has been responsive to our direction and provided needed information in a timely manner.

She has spent days with us going from property to property without complaint. Her explantions of the process, (sometimes more than once) have made the home purchase process much easier to deal with. I didn’t have too much experience with realtors before meeting Wendi-Mae as I had only purchased and sold one house, but Wendi-Mae showed me she was in a class of her own when compared to the two realtors I had before.

I was living in Southern California when we had our first contact and I was shocked to see how eager Wendi-Mae was to set up an in-person meeting despite my unpredictable travel schedule. Even with short notice, she was able to clear time aside to meet with me when I was in town and made it a personal experience. What was covered in the meeting could have easily been handled over the phone but Wendi-Mae operates differently.

When it came time to start looking at houses, I still had an unpredictable travel schedule but she always made time to meet with me and give me her full attention when I was in town. This period did not last too long as I saw a house that I really liked early on. At this point, I listened to Wendi-Mae’s thought process on what kind of offer to submit to the sellers. Having earned my full trust from the first meeting we had, I followed her advice and the offer was accepted without any hesitation. Again, this was not something I experienced previously with the realtors I had so she exceeded all expectations I had.

We still keep in contact even after the transaction and she has been more than willing to share helpful local knowledge. My parents are planning on moving to the area and I have already given her my highest recommendation to them. She is an expert at what she does and that is building relationships while exceeding her clients’ expectations.
