Wendi Stott

Wendi Stott is a native of Chattanooga. She began her career in real estate in 2003 on the heels of a successful twelve-year tenure in the banking and finance industry. Since that time, she has brought countless families dreams to fruition with strategic negotiating skills and thorough knowledge and study of the market coupled with a unique understanding of financial situations. Her professionalism in transactions both big and small is a hallmark of her reputation and she is honored that a substantial part of her business is comprised of repeat clients and enthusiastic referrals. Wendi holds a BA in Communications and English from the University of Tennessee and lives in Chattanooga with her husband, Bobby, and son Kell. When she happens upon a free time, she is always up for a spontaneous road trip and loves to give back to her community through volunteering.
