Wendi Summers is a motivated, personable business professional with more than two decades of market experience in various industries, including broadcasting, marketing, sales and real estate in Pensacola, Florida. An original Founder and Partner of Bay City Realty, Wendi has been involved with the company’s overall strategy, vision and growth since its start, while continuing to deliver exceptional value for her own clients each day.

Prior to founding Bay City Realty, Wendi held positions with SVN Southland Commercial and News Radio 1620| 92.3. In addition, she is an active Board Member for The Gulf Coast Minority Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of The National Association of Realtors and The Pensacola Association of Realtors.

Wendi utilizes her experience in marketing, negotiations, and professionalism to earn business in her career with commercial real estate.
