Wendi Zhang serves Santa Clara and San Mateo counties with a combination of business acumen and deep empathy for her customers’ needs. She holds an MBA and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard, as well as bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and management science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Wendi distinguished herself in business development, giving guest lectures and providing negotiation coaching. When she bought her first home, Wendi built her own financial models, conducted due diligence on all components of purchasing a home, and negotiated her own mortgage rates. Throughout this journey, she discovered a new passion for real estate and started informally advising her friends on their real estate endeavors. Before long, she became a licensed agent.
Wendi values the trust her customers place in her, and she translates the service skills she honed in business to real estate. She understands that every deal is unique and collaborates with her clients to find or sell properties to meet their requirements as well as wish lists. Wendi works with clients from all demographics, and she speaks English and Mandarin Chinese — and a little bit of Spanish, Korean, and Japanese.
