Since graduating from the University of North Texas, Wendy started her career in Austin's commercial real estate industry working with both large and small companies. Nine years later, she and her husband Chris merged their businesses and she became the President of their custom home building company, Chris Elder Homes. Together, they have sold more than 120 of their custom homes. While she was gaining a lot of experience in residential real estate, she also gained a lot of knowledge about many Austin communities, including Circle C, Dripping Springs, Steiner Ranch, and the Lake Travis and Lakeway areas of Austin.
