This was the third home my wife and I have purchased. The circumstances were rather chaotic, but Wendy handled everything like a true professional. With that said, Wendy made the entire experience as smooth as possible and, in fact, had to correct and guide the other sides realtors to meet the timelines. What can I say? Wendy is a professional in every sense, from the drawn-out process of home-buying while overseas, the short weekend of looking at homes, and the entire VA process, she aced it all! She understood our wants/needs, and “nice to haves” and helped us to find a home that fit…and we love it! She is an amazing realtor with connections, a prior military spouse, and a new friend. We reached out to Wendy when we first moved into the area to help us secure a rental property. She went above and beyond for us, helping us find a home in a quiet, safe area. When we were ready to buy we reached out to Wendy again. She was once again extremely helpful, and went above and beyond for us. When there was an issue with the home on the day of our closing, Wendy worked extremely hard and stuck her neck out for us when she didn’t have to in order to get the issue resolved. Wendy is down to earth, friendly, and will do everything in her power to get you into the home you want.

Wendy is AMAZING!!! We got so lucky with Wendy. We knew nothing about Hubert, NC and Wendy introduced us to the area. She showed us older and newer homes and truly paid attention to what we wanted and within our price range. And did she deliver!!! 3 months later we relocated from Philadelphia to Hubert and could not be happier.

Wendy was absolutely amazing!!! She made they buying process for my husband and I so easy, especially since we are young and first time buyers! My husband is in the military and gone for 6 months in the middle of while we were buying, and I was moving down from Massachusetts. She truly made it so effortless for us. She never once was untruthful and told me right away if there were any negatives to the houses we were looking into and made sure to find everything we wanted in our home. Wendy was a huge help is buying my first home, I had to move with a new job and worked on a strict time frame. With an aggressive market she worked after hours and made sure we got into a home that fit my expectations and even helped after the home was purchased in getting the old home on the market. If that wasn’t enough a childhood friend moved back home and helped get him in a rental with another strict timeframe on a job offer. Can’t say enough about the experience. Thanks so much!
