Wendy Griffis grew up in Jacksonville, and set down roots, when she married her husband, Jason, in 1996. Wendy started her career in real estate in 2000, after she built her very first home, and through her relationship with her agent at the time, caught the bug that would change the direction of her life forever. Starting as a buyer’s agent for new construction buyers, Wendy learned about home ownership, and the excitement that the home buying/building process brings to a family. As she developed and grew her skills, those clients would sell, and buy again with her, and Wendy learned how special it can be to be the family realtor and get to serve clients for a lifetime. Honing her skills during the difficulties of the real estate recession, Wendy used her analytical skills from her degree in Statistics and Business Administration to really understand the price positioning process, and how to successfully market a home, even in the most difficult of markets. Wendy is a lifetime learner, and believes that it is important to remain humble, and always know there is something new to learn – so she actively pursues training and growth opportunities to better serve her clients, under all market conditions. Wendy has the knowledge to provide solid consultation and advice, the skills to negotiate as an advocate, and a deep understanding that real estate is not just selling homes; that peoples’ lives are affected by how well she does her job; she has made a commitment to serve her clients to the deepest level possible, before, during and after the sale.
