Wendy McClellan

Wendy McClellan, President, and Managing Broker of Builder Resource Group/BRG Realty Partners, began her career in residential real estate immediately after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Advertising from Franklin College in 1993, working in sales and marketing for a local homebuilder. She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of homebuilding, serving for over 10 years as Vice President of Sales and Operations for one of the largest custom builders in Johnson County. Desiring to offer packaged services to her clients, Wendy became a licensed mortgage originator in 2002, enabling her to offer in-house mortgage financing to her clients through First Federal Savings Bank. Recognizing that the needs and desires of clients who are building is like that of other real estate clients, she expanded her client services again in 2006 to include serving the needs of clients wishing to buy or sell pre-existing real estate. Her entire career has been customer service driven, focused on dealing directly with her clients on a one-on-one basis. She is a Certified New Home Sales Professional by the National Association of Homebuilders and holds both her Real Estate Managing Broker and Mortgage Originator licenses.
