Customer service is the priority for Realtor® Wendy McGrath. Real estate today can be complex as there are so many moving parts, so her goal is to always make sure that her clients have the most up-to-date, accurate information they need to make the ‘right’ decision for them.

She is always available to answer questions and to listen to their concerns. Buying and selling a home can be one of the most stressful experiences in life and Wendy wants her clients to know they are not alone. She is right there with them.

Wendy was born in Gloucester, lives in Essex and is a descendant of Cape Ann’s earliest settlers. Sharing her knowledge of her hometown is the fun part of the job. Cape Ann has so much to offer from sporting events to theater and music and, the recreational opportunities are seemingly endless.
