In 2004, Wendy and her husband relocated from Marin County in the San Francisco Bay Area to Fair Oaks where she became affiliated with Lyon Real Estate as a full-time REALTOR®. Wendy has enjoyed meeting and collaborating with both buyers and sellers in several communities within Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado counties selling equity, short sale, and bank foreclosed properties.
Wendy is a member of the Sacramento, California, and National Association of REALTORS® and has received her REALTOR e-PRO® and Lyon Short-Sale Certification designations. During Wendy’s time with Lyon, her sales production allowed her to achieve Senior Executive Associate in 2021 and Executive Associate in 2012. In 2012 and again in 2021, Wendy was the #1 agent-of-the-month in her office twice and qualified for Master’s Club in 2012, 2016 and 2021. In May 2018, Wendy received her Broker's license. In early 2022, she transferred from the Lyon Fair Oaks over to the Roseville office. In 2022, obtained her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and became a Certified Probate & Trust Specialist.
After starting out her life in Australia, Wendy experienced several moves crisscrossing the world with her family to live in Southern California, Ohio, New Jersey, Arizona, and Northern California. She has felt what it is like to begin anew in an unfamiliar place along with the excitement of things yet to be discovered! Continuing her quest for adventure, Wendy spent four years at the University of Denver and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
