Wendy Osinoff Sutton

Wendy attributes much of her success in consistently being a multi-million dollar producer to her background in architectural design and space planning. She is able to help her sellers prepare their homes for sale by offering constructive suggestions on staging homes to show their best. That same talent and knowledge lets Wendy help her buyers visualize the potential of every home she shows. Her referral rate from both Sellers and Buyers is proof of her professionalism and dedication in creating satisfactory transactions.

Since moving into the community of Gracewood in Manhasset, she has been elected to the Board of Director serving on several committees. She is overseeing the restoration of the 1920's Manor House which serves as the clubhouse to the community. When she lived in Muttontown, Wendy was a Member of the Board of Zoning for over 10 years.
