5 stars isn't high enough praise for Wendy. I would give her 10 stars if I could! She was absolutely amazing to work with. I relocated to KY from MI, so working long distance wasn't an issue for her. She was on top of every step of helping me find a new home here. Her knowledge and experience surpassed anything I could have ever asked of a realtor. Her guidance and suggestions were right on every step of the way. Because I'm self employed, I was a bit of a "problem child" to work with. But Wendy pushed through every obstacle we faced and helped me find my new home. You won't find a nicer, more experienced realtor than Wendy. I will be telling anyone I know considering selling/buying in the area to call her.

Wendy and Austin are professional and nice people and had a clean and beautiful office set up. They care about their clients and train their agents frequently so they are always updated with what’s going on in the market. I recommend Wendy or Austin to anyone looking to do any Real Estate transaction.
They were extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, They really cared about what I was trying to do, understood my needs from the very first open house even giving ideas on how better utilize the space.
