Wendy Rocha

Wendy grew up in Northern California's East Bay area and lived there until 2001. She then lived in Sacramento for sixteen years until she relocated with her husband and family to Northwest Reno in early 2017. Recently they moved to Verdi and she loves it. The area experiences change of seasons, amazing outdoor recreation, friendly neighbors, and steadfast local pride, which she loves. Her career path, while unique and diverse, has always been rooted in honesty, integrity, challenging work, and professionalism. Wendy is an excellent communicator and always strives to provide exceptional customer service while remaining assertive and approachable.

Prior to real estate, Wendy worked in the oil and biotechnology industries where she learned the value of teamwork and hard work. As a professional photographer, she then developed her creative side. Then as a state official for the California Department of Education, Wendy learned about policy negotiation and the value of serving her community and neighbors. She has a B.A. in International Relations and an M.S. in Administration. Her passion for helping people led her to real estate, which she considers to be a great privilege.
