Wendy Wells

Wendy Wells has been a Prescott, AZ resident since 1993. She married a long time Prescottonian who grew up locally. She and her husband have three mostly grown children (2 in college and 1 in high school) providing the opportunity for Wendy to stay connected and involved in the community and schools. Wendy was recently asked "What do you love about Prescott?" and her reply was "I love the 4 seasons that Prescott offers, but I especially enjoy the summer time when the town comes alive with happenings just about every weekend. The town is small enough to see someone you know where ever you go, but big enough to meet someone new each day! I enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, shopping, attending local sporting events, going to the dog park, the movie theater and trying new restaurants."

Wendy grew up in the Real Estate business in Southern California. She then became a REALTOR in Prescott in 1996. Prior to becoming a REALTOR she worked in Escrow and Direct Sales. Her experience includes working with buyers and sellers in all phases of life from first time home buyers to retirement, estate sales, investors, 1031 exchanges, new home builds, residential resales, vacant land, manufactured homes and developing single family properties. Her first year as a REALTOR® she received The Rookie of Year Award in her office and has maintained top producing levels of achievements throughout her career.
