Wendy grew up in Brownsville, TX, but she found the sunshine to be brighter in SWFL and in 1999, she decided to make it her permanent home. Since moving to Florida, Wendy has been actively involved in the local community, with non-profits that focus on networking, music, art and more... Programs including, but not limited to, The Young Professionals Chamber of Commerce, The Make a Wish Foundation, Pushing Daizies, Fresh Squeezed Productions, and through nurturing of relationships has had the opportunity to host her own music and arts events doing her part to utilize her talents.
With her love for Florida and her active involvement in the community, Wendy then chose to attain her real estate license in 2003. She is bilingual, fluently speaking Spanish and English which has benefited her career. Her vast experience in this fast growing market involves working closely with other top agents in her profession, contractors and professional buyers and sellers in SWFL.

Wendy is a dog lover and has a Deer Head Chihuahua, named Maximilian who travels with her and could be considered her personal real estate assistant.
