As a first time homebuyer, working with Wendy Wright was phenomenal! She went above and beyond as a realtor in every single way, and helped my husband and I secure our dream home in Capitol Hill. Wendy kept in close contact with us while we were living overseas and kept us apprised of market trends and what to expect upon returning to Washington DC to buy our first home. Wendy guided us through the homebuying process, and even moreso...she made the process fun! She encouraged us to explore different neighborhoods in DC and was knowledgeable about all of them. Due to Wendy's impressive negotiation skills, expertise, and strong relationships and network, we were able to put in our offer and ultimately close within less than 30 days! I could not have been happier with how everything went, and would highly recommend Wendy to anyone looking to buy a home, especially in Washington DC!

There are not enough words to describe how much Wendy helped me and my wife. First of all, I am from Moldova. I knew that I will move to DC with 1 year in advance. I did not know anything about real estate in DC. However, I knew that me and my wife wanted to buy a condo. I wrote with 1 year in advance to 30 real estate agents from DC. 20 answered but Wendy not only responded, she is the only one that kept in touch with me during the year. After one year, we met in DC, she drove me around city to learn the areas, she walked with me and my wife in one week to 14 condos and we found the best dream home in the Capitol neighbourhood. She just love people and love to help them. Wendy also was very punctual, responsible and very professional. I am grateful to her for what she did for me and my wife! I recommend everyone to work with Wendy!

Wendy needs to be your realtor, full stop. After a falling out on a previous property, Wendy was able to take me in on a very urgent time crunch, and curated me dozens of housing results in a matter of hours. A week later, I closed on a place. She is absolutely terrific to work with, and I could not recommend her more!

I worked with Wendy during the sale of my condo in Arlington in April 2022 during which I also relocated to another State. She is fantastic to work with! Very detail oriented and she did a great job of making sure I was refamiliarized with the steps in selling a residential property (which I do, like, once a decade). We did thorough planning and preparation and there were no hiccups in the process. She also helped me seal the final deal by effectively communicating the buyer's agent. I also thank her for picking up a new HVAC filter for me and taking old paint I had for recycling. Would highly recommend Wendy for your real estate needs.

Wendy was a pleasure to work with throughout the selling process of my home. From our first meeting, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the entire process (as this was my first time going through the selling process). She is easy to talk to and remembered personal details that I shared with her which helped to build a trusting relationship. Throughout the process, she walked me through the various steps that she was taking to help get my home ready to be put on the market and to assess the best price listing. I trusted her opinion different topics we discussed, and never felt any pressure to make my decision align with her opinion (e.g., home staging, listing price, reviewing offers, etc.). I highly recommend Wendy Wright as a realtor. I plan on reaching out to her again when I'm ready to buy my next home.

While trying to sell my condo in Arlington, I found Wendy Wright and praise her for her hard work and marketing aptitude to get me under contract quickly and to a smooth closing!

After listing my home for 100+ days with another agent, Wendy stepped in and was able to get me under contract with a qualified buyer in 6 days. SIX DAYS!!

She was responsive, engaged, and warm and really made us comfortable, especially me, as a first-time homebuyer. We were able to purchase our first home during the pandemic and it all happened so smoothly. Wendy Wright worked with us for hours on end to search for the perfect home for us. Wendy worked with our lender and had frequent contact with them to make sure we stayed within our budget and to make the best offers possible. Anyone who has tried buying a home in 2021 knows that it has been hectic and difficult. Not only was Wendy able to make sure we stayed within our budget, but she also made sure we got home inspection and appraisal contingencies in which are unheard of in 2021. Wendy made sure we beat out over a dozen competitors and stayed in touch with us ever after the closing date. To this day, months after closing on the home, she continues to stay in touch to make sure everything is going smoothly in our new home!

We loved working with Wendy! I learned about The Wethman Group and Wendy through a first-time home buyer seminar and cannot recommend Wendy enough! She was very responsive to emails and calls, as well as being highly available for touring properties. She provided great insight and details about homes that do not necessarily stand out to a buyer, particularly first-time home buyers. Very detailed oriented and always followed up with our many questions. I recommend working with Wendy if you are in need of help searching for your new home!
