Having lived in Boston for over 15 years, Wenjun understands the special challenges and enriching opportunities Boston’s market presents for international buyers. She is well connected with the communities both locally and overseas and is a trusted and resolute advisor. As many new immigrants from China, Wenjun first came to Boston for a higher education. After a master’s degree in Environmental engineering from Tufts University, and many years as an Environmental consultant, understanding water, terrains, and the delicate balance between development and conservation, she finally found her passion in Real Estate, a business to connect people to land. Her background and education allow her an in-depth knowledge of the unique financing, language, and relocation needs of overseas buyers. She is also a good listener and an expert in creating diversified marketing strategies accordingly for the sellers. Wenjun is a graduate of China's prestigious Tongji University and is fluent in both English and Chinese. Outside the world of real estate, Wenjun is a licensed Professional Engineer, she is serving on the Board of Tongji University Boston Alumni Association, she is also a Tufts Alumni Admission Program Volunteer, and as a field botanist a Plant Conservation Volunteer of New England Wildflower Society in the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program.
