I've been a work colleague of Whit's for over seven years and know him to be highly ethical, holding himself and his team to the highest standards of honesty and performance.

I would recommend Whit as to both buyers and sellers. When working with sellers, he provides a list of improvements that yield the highest return. He has toured my house and given me my 5 year plan for renovations – both large and small.

He is extremely patient with buyers, working with them until they find the home of their dreams – or as close as that comes. Whit attends all client settlements to ensure that all goes smoothly.
