I am new to Gainesville and met Brandon Moore at an open house just a few months after my arrival in town. I was struck by Brandon's attentiveness, he remembered small details. He also noticed things, like my mother's difficulty with stairs, so he guided us towards single-story homes. I appreciated that he put no pressure on me at any point during our interaction. In fact, he took a step back while I tied up the sale of my house in another city.

When he joined Whitney Johnson Perkins' team at Keller Williams, I was brought into the fold of a larger more experienced group. Whitney and the rest of her team was just as warm and caring. Brandon is a very motivated and energetic individual who we believe will truly thrive in this field as he gains even more experience. We were unsure if we would even be able to purchase a home, and felt that Brandon really took the time to connect with us personally and to figure out what our needs/limits where. We are in our 60’s and have bought and sold multiple homes in different states. Our previous experience (buying and selling) is realtors get paid at closing and the quicker they can get you there and move on, the better for them. For most people, a home is their largest investment.

Whitney worked with us for about a year to be sure we found our perfect home. She kept telling us it was out there and she would help us find it. We had some specific requirements, so this was not an easy search.

Whitney is responsive, organized, detail oriented, honest, knowledgeable. and extremely patient. We closed on our forever home this week. Whitney knew we wanted pet goats and she took in 2 bottle babies and is caring for them until we get our new place ready.

Anyone who can meet the requirements can get a real estate license and go out working with buyers and sellers. It takes someone with true heart and commitment to help you find your dream home. Whitney is the best. Do not trust any other realtor.
