Whitney Rich

As a native of New Bern, North Carolina, Whitney moved to Durham to attend North Carolina Central University in 1988. While still in college, he obtained his real estate license and began selling on a part time basis. After graduating in 1993 with a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Whitney decided to pursue a full time career with a local sales company. In 2000, he partnered with Melvin Watson and Richard Brown to establish Success Realty. As the company has grown throughout the Triangle and the Triad, Whitney has maintained a successful career in real estate by focusing on the first-time homebuyer and foreclosure markets.
