My specific move was a very “tight timeline” and Will was able to negotiate the sale of my previous ensuring I got the most out of my sale and negotiated the purchase of my new home which we were able to get under contract and do the necessary initial parts of the process in a week’s time. I love my new house and I have comfort knowing Will wouldn’t sell me a bad home and that I can still call on him if I need to no matter what.

Wil has skills - he knows what he is doing. He is quite the contract-smith and knows even the most arcane realty details.

But even better is his can-do attitude! He is so positive and upbeat! There was never a moment where Wil doubted we would succeed. We doubted like crazy - a hyper-competitive market and then COVID19 too - but he held us up when we wavered and helped us feel good about ourselves and what we were doing. And we DID succeed!
