Will Haynes

Will Haynes, II, is an Executive Vice President within CBRE’s Public Institutions and Education Solutions group, offering consulting, site selection, transaction advisory and development services for pre-school, K-12, and post-secondary institutions in Dallas-Fort Worth. Mr. Haynes has gained considerable knowledge, experience, and expertise in the education real estate market through multiple assignments involving strategic planning, lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management of real estate.

Mr. Haynes has led assignments for Birdville Independent School District, Dallas College, International Leadership of Texas, KIPP Texas, Learning Care Group, Pegasus School of Liberal Arts & Sciences, Rockwall Independent School District, and Tyler Street Christian Academy. A 14-year commercial real estate veteran, Mr. Haynes has played an integral role in the expansion of academic institutions in Texas as the state has seen exponential population growth over the past decade.

Prior to joining CBRE, Will was Managing Director in the Office Occupier Services Group for Colliers and led the Texas Division of the Education Advisory Group.
