Wilhelm O. Kreuzer, principal of Evolve Commercial Real Estate, has been actively involved in real estate for nearly 20 years. He has extensive knowledge and experience in every aspect of commercial real estate, including underwriting of real estate assets, property management, asset management, site location and development of commercial property, as well as negotiation of leases, purchase agreements, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, and public finance documents.
Will has successfully spearheaded developments for his and other investors' real estate portfolios and has played an integral role in acquiring or developing more than 650,000 square feet of commercial real estate valued in excess of $250 million. In addition, He has or is currently serving as a consultant with Starbucks Coffee, Einstein Bros Bagels, Mattress Firm, and Blockbuster Video (DISH Network) on their existing store locations. As a top dealmaker with his team, Will has assisted with negotiating and extending over 300 store leases throughout United States and Canada.
Prior to joining Tartan, Will worked at HSA Commercial as the Senior Vice President of Finance, where he assisted in financing over 18 million square feet of real estate valued at over $1 billion. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Indiana, holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is a Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional (LEED® AP), is a Lambda Alpha International Member (The Honorary Society for the Advancement of Land Economics), and serves on the advisory board for the Benecki Center for Real Estate Studies at Indiana University. Will received his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from Indiana University.
