Will McElroy

A Raleigh native, Will has worked in the Raleigh real estate market since 2005. In that period, Will has become an annual multi-million dollar producer, upholds a strong knowledge of this marketplace, and is highly invested in the direction of our community along with the culture the city is striving to achieve.

In the Fall of 2010 Will partnered with Theo Highsmith to form Dogwood Properties, LLC and the company is now one of the area's leaders in residential home sales.

He works tirelessly to find the "right addresses" for his clients to ensure that they will love Raleigh as much as he does. Together, Will and Theo have cultivated a culture at Dogwood Properties that is unmatched in the Raleigh marketplace. The spirited commitment to service in the workplace as well as in the community continues to be the foundation on which they grow and that their valued clients can depend on.

Will loves everything this wonderful city has to offer. He currently lives in Raleigh with his wife Molly, daughters Mary Hargrave and Shepherd, and maintains a passion for community and service to this city and the people in it.
