Will has been assisting me in searching for my first home. He is nothing short of knowledgable, and makes the house hunting process fun. He will take time to walk you though anything in which you may not quite grasp, and he will show you, anything, and everything you want to see. Will is personable, well-groomed, educated, and poised. I had to pleasure of working with Will Webber a couple years ago, when I was looking to buy a home. He is extremely ethical, and he used his additional training as an appraiser to steer me away from homes that he knew would be a money pit (he knew the hidden things to look for). In other words, he had much greater concern for my wallet than for his ability to make a quick sale. His depth of knowledge and experience in the tri-state area also puts him ahead of any other realtor I know. I would refer Will to anybody. In fact, he's the only realtor I refer.

To know Will is to Love Will. In the very short time I have known him--he knows no strangers. He welcomes everyone of his clients into his home office for a face to face meeting, answers all questions thoroughly (in my case many times over--being a newby to the homebuying front), and always inserts his unique personable humor into all aspects of his work. While I met him through assisting an older set of friends in their home search, I've found Will to be a breath of fresh air. If he doesn't know the answer he knows where to get it. IF he is uncertain he will research so as to provide concrete answers. His connections for home buying programs and lenders seems to be endless.
