I would highly recommend William (Bill) Merrill to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Carson Valley, especially in the Saratoga Springs/Johnson Lane area. As a former contractor in the area, he is extremely knowledgeable about the homes, their construction and value. He appropriately priced my home in Saratoga Springs, marketed it beautifully, and it sold in three days a bit over asking price. He then helped me every step of the way through closing, this was very important to me as a widow selling her home by herself. And he has continued to assist me even months after selling the home! Bill is highly ethical and a wonderful human being. You will not regret hiring him as your realtor.
