Willena started in real estate in the community in 1990, and was an immediate success. She was a leading listing and selling agent for several consecutive years. This created a desire to start their own business, Goodwin & Herman Associates Real Estate, in 1998. Willena has served as the Principal Broker from the beginning, and has been one of our sales team’s leaders. Her strengths are being able to sense and evaluate clients’ needs, attention to detail, negotiations, and customer satisfaction. She also handles most of the company computer and communications demands. Before coming to Fairfield Bay, she was a Corporate Trainer with Dillard Department Stores in Little Rock for several years, and was a store Dept. Manager and Executive Office Secretary prior to that. When she and Fred moved here, she was the Tennis Pro Shop Manager, then did training, personnel, & customer service for Fairfield Communities, Inc.
What else does she enjoy during her limited off-work hours? Cooking, traveling, checking out flea markets, and her commitment to different areas of service through their church….singing in choir and providing solos or playing piano, serving on the Music Committee, Women’s Ministry, and missions projects. She is able to provide everyone the information and resources they will need to make their real estate decisions, whether listing or selling a property.
